To Be Hosted is a supper club and an experience agency that specializes in dinner parties, events, and celebrations. To Be Hosted Supper Club Dinners are intimate dining experiences designed to highlight Black chefs and cater to diverse audiences. With each gathering, we aim to build community, spark meaningful dialogue, and inspire our guests far beyond our dinner tables.
Can I book a private dinner party?
To Be Hosted’s agency services are available for brand activations, media events, influencer parties, and corporate gatherings. At this time, we do not offer private event services for personal events or birthday parties. We do not offer catering-only services. Submit an inquiry here.
I’m a chef, artist, musician, or business owner and I want to collaborate. How can I share my work?

How can I attend a To Be Hosted Supper Club Dinner?
To attend a To Be Hosted Supper Club Dinner, click here to complete your diner profile. Upon completion, you will be added to our email list. Supper Club tickets are only accessible via our email list. You will receive an email each time tickets go on sale. Seats are limited so act fast.
Where are your events located?
To Be Hosted dinners are hosted in beautiful places and spaces around NYC, and beyond. The exact address for each dinner is shared after ticket purchase.
What’s the vibe?
Our dinner parties are about ownership, belonging, leisure, and community. We gather at one table, share a family-style meal, and have meaningful conversation.
To make the best of your experience: Be kind. Be respectful. Be on time. Be present. Be yourself. Be open. Be curious. Be a good seatmate. And finally, be ready for enjoyment. All our welcomed.
What’s included in my ticket?
Each dinner offers a bountiful family-style menu with wine pairings. Our sommelier selects the wines and shares tasting notes with the group. Guests also enjoy music and like-minded company.
If you do not drink alcohol, kindly alert our team via email, and we’ll be sure to have a non-alcoholic wines for you.
Who are the chefs and what’s on the menu?
To Be Hosted Supper Club dinners are designed to highlight Black chefs and celebrate Black culture through food and drink. We feature a rotating line up of chefs hailing from top restaurants, private kitchens, and your favorite TV shows. Our chefs specialize in cuisines from African-American culture, cuisines of the African and Caribbean diaspora, New-American, and beyond.
Menus change from dinner party to dinner party, but you can always expect food that is well seasoned. ; )
Menus are shared 3-4 weeks ahead of each dinner party.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Of course we accommodate any dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences that you or your guest may have. Kindly include your dietary restrictions and allergies when you purchase your ticket. If you forget to include your preferences at check out, please alert our team via email at least one week in advance of the event.
Who all gon’ be there? And how are guests seated?
Our ticketed events range from 12-20 guests. We use our diner survey submissions to seat guests according to shared interests or other factors. With each gathering, we aim to build community, spark meaningful dialogue, and inspire our guests far beyond our dinner tables.
What is the dress code?
Wear what makes you feel great. Pop out. Serve us a look. You know?
What is the cancellation policy?
To Be Hosted Supper Club Dinners are intimate experiences with limited availability. We take great care to curate each dinner and tailor the experience to our ticket buyers. We are able to process full refunds if requested via email at least 14 days before the event. After this point, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferrable.
